雙層榛子朱古力慕斯蛋糕

作為呢個Blog既頭炮, 梗係我近期最滿意既『Praline Chocolate Mousses Cake』啦!!
呢個蛋糕就勁喇, 佢係由以下四個部份組成:
 
1) 朱古力榛子脆脆餅底
2) 朱古力慕斯
3) 朱古力清蛋糕
4) 榛子慕斯

我覺得最好味既, 當然係個脆脆餅底, 佢加埋o的慕斯一齊食, 個口感非常之好, 一o的都唔會覺得「漏」。而最為自豪既, 就係個decoration, 今次連個邊既朱古力格仔都係自己做架, 都算係咁囉~ :D
