[中國‧香港] SPOON

又係另一餐生日飯, 今次去左尖沙咀既『SPOON by Alain Ducasse』~
佢係一間法國餐廳, 非常好view, 對正維港, 可以睇日落 + 幻彩詠香江~ 所以就有一個名為【SEXY SUNSET】既 set dinner.
除此之外, 為迎合Opera熱, 佢地亦新增左一個名叫【Phantom Dinner】添~~

SEXY SUNSET MENU
1. Chef Selected Appetizer - 個蒸蛋白清清地, 都唔錯架~
2. Creamy Crab Soup, minestrone of vegetables and crab meat - 非常好味, 有o的似龍蝦湯, 好濃好多蟹肉~
3. Pack of Lamb with oriental baked rice - 都唔錯, 不過唔及 Sabatini 既好味 =P, 而o的飯就有驚喜, 非常好食~
4. Strawberry/coconut "Profiterole", vanilla sauce - 口感似椰橽, 完全唔掂~ 不過個賣相都okay既, 而最特別係果隻似叉既匙~ XD

PHANTOM DINNER
1. Chilled served gazpacho with chopped gamish - 一個好凍既凍湯, 幾好味~
2. Artisanal sheel pasta with shredded ham and black truffle - 幾好味,  不過比較飽, 口感有o的似The Pier 既 Pasta~
3. Beef tendertoin with summer vegetables and veal reduction with Girolles - 都係一般般
4. White Chocolate fondant, cherry marmalade and vanilla ice-cream - 呢個淨係賣相都贏晒, o的mousse 好滑, 中間內藏櫻桃果醬, 有o的似我果個異國風古古力蛋糕

總括黎講, 我覺得佢既前菜同個湯都唔錯, 特別係個湯, 我好鍾意佢既上菜方式, 可以令你好清楚知道o的湯有乜料~
而個main course & dessert 就一般般, 不過佢地既service 同環境都屬於一流~ :D
